Business & entrepreneurship
Decisions, priorities, accountability and the need to turn intention into something that actually works in practice.
About Bogdan
I have spent a significant part of my career in business, sales, leadership, training and coaching. Across very different contexts, I kept noticing the same thing: people do not always need more information. Often, they already know a great deal.
They need to understand the situation they are in more clearly.
What is really happening? What are they trying to achieve? What is holding them back? What are they not seeing yet? And, above all, what can they do differently from here?
That is also how I work.
I do not believe in universal solutions applied mechanically to people. I use models, tools and experience, but they come after we understand the problem, not before.
Whether we are talking about leadership, negotiation, networking, performance or a difficult professional decision, good work begins, for me, with a conversation honest enough to let us see things as they are.
Then we can do something with them.
Coach. Trainer. Entrepreneur.
But before any of those, a thinking partner for situations where the answer is not quite as simple as it first appeared.
Experience
My perspective was shaped in contexts where decisions have consequences, relationships matter and theory has to survive contact with reality.
Decisions, priorities, accountability and the need to turn intention into something that actually works in practice.
High-stakes conversations, different interests, pressure and the search for options that can sustain a relationship, not just an immediate result.
Situations where outcomes depend on clarity, trust, accountability and how people work together.
Spaces where better questions, practice and feedback can change how someone sees and approaches a real situation.
How I work
I do not begin with a tool we have to use. I begin with the situation, and together we choose what is useful for it.
We look at what is actually happening: the context, the people, the stakes, the tensions and what you have already tried.
We separate the real problem from the noise, test assumptions and see more clearly what is worth changing.
We turn clarity into something concrete: a conversation, a decision, a behavior or an experiment you can test in the real world.
